Chamber Music Scotland: Classical EDI Development Fund

Over the past year or so, I've been collaborating with Chamber Music Scotland, acting as an advisor for the inaugural edition of their Classical EDI Development Fund.

Seven research projects were selected for funding support, exploring areas from gender and racial representation, to safe and accessible performance and work spaces, rehabilitation support, education and employment practices, and much more.

The research brought about insightful results, with practical and incredibly informative next steps identified which will have a big impact not just on CMS's work, but also throughout the wider classical community.

Big thanks to CMS for bringing me in on this, it's been such a pleasure to have played a small part in such vital work - and I wish all of the grantees much success as their research carries on into the future.
